1.1 Advance payment & Payment Terms: All payments are made in advance, through Razorpay or by direct transfer to the bank account notified by us. A slot is allotted once payment has been received in full, and each booking is valid for the service and duration selected. Where a slot or meeting link has been shared, but payment has not been received, the consultation is not booked, and the slot remains open to others. Taxes and charges: Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges are payable by the client. Conversion charges or transaction fees applied by your own bank are outside our control.1.2 Payment in installments: For handbooks and reports valued above INR 40,000 (approx. USD 450), payment may be made in two installments, the first being not less than 40% of the total. The balance must be received before the deliverable is shared. All other services are payable in full at the time of booking.1.3 Refunds: All bookings are final and non-refundable. This applies equally incase a client later decides not to proceed, or chooses not to share the details required for the analysis. Since every analysis is prepared specifically against the details submitted, a booking is personal to that client and cannot be transferred, gifted or resold.1.4 Payment disputes: Where a payment dispute or reversal is raised after a service has been delivered, the charges and costs incurred by us in contesting it are borne by the client.Payments and platforms: Payments are processed through Razorpay or by direct bank transfer, and we do not store card, UPI or banking credentials at any point, as these are handled by the payment provider under their own standards. Consultations and communication take place over third party platforms such as Google Meet and WhatsApp, which handle data under their own policies, and we would encourage you to review them as their practices are outside our control.

2.1 Slots: Slots, once booked, cannot be rescheduled. Every session begins and concludes at its scheduled time, and a slot that is not attended is considered availed. The time zone applicable to your slot is communicated to you in advance.2.2 Extensions and follow-ups: Every consultation is limited to the duration selected at the time of booking. Continued discussion, clarification or follow-up questions after a session closes are not included, as astrological insight requires undivided time and attention, and the same applies to reports and handbooks once delivered. Owing to the volume of clients we serve extensions are rarely possible, though for returning clients one may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability and payment for the additional time.2.3 Changes to a booking: If you wish to add a service or extend your consultation, do write to us and we will gladly assist where availability permits, against the applicable additional payment. In the rare event that we are unable to hold your session at the allotted time, or a connectivity issue prevents it from proceeding, we will offer you a fresh slot at a time confirmed with you.2.4 During the session: Consultations take place over third party platforms such as Google Meet and WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for technical interruptions on those services. Sessions are conducted in English and Hindi, and if you require a translator, captions or any other accessibility support, do write to us before making payment so it can be arranged. We ask for mutual respect throughout, and abusive, threatening, obscene or harassing conduct will bring a session to a close.2.5 Written work: Reports and handbooks are shared within the approximate timeline communicated at the time of booking, calculated from the date complete details are received. Should any delay arise, it will be communicated to you.What we collect and why: We collect your name, email address, current location, phone or WhatsApp number, and your birth details, meaning the date, time and place of birth. Where you share another person's details for a compatibility or family reading, those are collected in the same manner on your confirmation that you have their consent. This information is used solely to prepare your consultation or report, schedule and conduct your session, and maintain our internal records, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it to anyone.Who sees it: Your details are accessed only within Lastrological and only to prepare and deliver your service. Nothing is shared with any third party save where required by law. We take reasonable measures to keep your information secure and internal access is kept limited.

3.1 What our guidance offers: Our work draws on established astrological frameworks and is offered for clarity, alignment and life improvement. It is interpretive guidance rather than a guaranteed outcome, and short term prediction has never been our focus. Our consultations are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, legal or investment advice, and decisions taken following a consultation remain your own.3.2 Any remedy suggested, whether gemstones, mantras, rituals, donations or lifestyle changes is voluntary and undertaken at the client's own risk. We do not sell gemstones or puja services, and we are not associated with any vendor a client may independently engage. Any action or decision taken by the client on the basis of guidance provided is undertaken entirely at the client's own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee outcomes and accept no liability for the consequences of decisions made following a consultation. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lastrological harmless against any claim, loss or damage arising from actions independently taken by the client pursuant to guidance or remedies provided.3.3 Scope of a booking: Each booking covers one individual and one chart. Where details of an additional person are brought into a session or report, they require fresh analysis and are taken up against the applicable additional payment. 3.4 Details you share with us: We consult only with clients aged 18 and above, and a parent or legal guardian may book on behalf of someone younger, remaining the contracting party throughout. Where you share the birth details of anyone other than yourself, you confirm that you have their consent or the authority to share those details, and we reserve the right to decline a request where consent appears doubtful or the intent appears to be surveillance of, or harm to, that person. As every reading rests on the birth date, time and place shared with us, clients are responsible for the accuracy of those details.3.5 What we do not advise on: We do not answer questions concerning death or life timelines, medical diagnosis or treatment, the outcome of legal proceedings, gambling, or specific stock or cryptocurrency recommendations, nor any question concerning black magic, occult practice, or intended to cause harm to another person. We do not provide guidance intended to evade, obstruct or influence an ongoing criminal investigation or legal proceeding, nor guidance intended to facilitate default, concealment of assets or evasion of financial obligations. We do not entertain requests for sexually explicit content; this is separate from, and does not limit, ordinary questions about marriage, relationships or compatibility, which remain within scope.3.6 Emotional readiness: If you are presently in a highly anxious or emotionally vulnerable state, we gently recommend booking until you feel more grounded. Astrology is not a substitute for mental health support, and should a client share thoughts of self-harm during a session, we will pause and encourage them to reach a licensed professional or crisis helpline.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

4.1 Confidentiality: The highest standards of confidentiality are maintained by Team Lastrological. Your details are accessed internally only for the purpose of preparing your analysis, and are not shared with any third party save where required by law. Our handling of your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy below.4.2 Intellectual property: All content created by Lastrological, including reports, handbooks, recordings, frameworks, website content and branding, remains our intellectual property under the Copyright Act 1957 and the Trade Marks Act 1999, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission .Recording a session without our consent is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Material shared with you is for your personal use, and circulating, publishing or distributing it to third parties is an infringement of our copyright and actionable in law.Retention and your rights: We retain your details for as long as needed to deliver your service and maintain our records, and for any period required by law. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask what data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for its use, by writing to info@lastrological.com. Deletion may prevent us from reissuing past deliverables.

5.1 Our liability in respect of any service is limited to the amount received for that service.
